By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

By accessing or using Yuvoxx Sports Academy services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of the Platform

• You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials.
• You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to interfere with its functionality or security.

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to share accounts or provide unauthorized access to the Platform.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all data entered into the Platform (e.g., player details, parent information, financial records) is accurate and lawful.

4. Services

• Yuvoxx provides a cloud-hosted, SaaS-based solution for sports academies, clubs, and organizations to manage bookings, payments, attendance, scheduling, communications, and related activities.
• The Platform is hosted and maintained by Yuvoxx. Users access the software through the internet; no installation is required.
• We may enhance, modify, or discontinue features of the SaaS solution at our sole discretion.

5. Payments & Subscription

• Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment methods will be communicated at the time of purchase.
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
• Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

6. Data Ownership & Usage

• All data you upload (e.g., schedules, reports, member information) remains your property.
• By using the Platform, you grant Yuvoxx a limited license to process, store, and display this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
• Yuvoxx does not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law or as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how Yuvoxx collects, stores, and protects your personal and organizational data.

8. Intellectual Property

• The Yuvoxx Platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and related content, is owned by or licensed to Yuvoxx.
• You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the SaaS solution for your academy’s internal business operations.
• You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the Platform.

9. Service Availability

• Yuvoxx strives to provide reliable uptime and performance. However, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
• We are not responsible for interruptions outside our reasonable control (e.g., internet outages, third-party service failures).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yuvoxx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of the Platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yuvoxx, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

Yuvoxx reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
